LoanFitter is a free service that connects people looking for a personal loan with a network of vetted lending partners. We are not a lender, a broker, or a financial adviser, and we do not make credit decisions or issue loans ourselves.

Using our service is free, and being matched creates no obligation to accept any offer.

Nothing on our site is financial, legal, or tax advice. Loan terms, rates, and availability are set solely by the lending partners and depend on your circumstances. Review any offer carefully and consult a qualified professional before borrowing.

You must be at least 18 years old and a United States resident to use the service. You agree to provide accurate, current information in the matching form — lending partners rely on it to assess fit.

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by automated means except as permitted, and not to submit information about another person without their authorization.

A match is not an offer of credit or a guarantee of approval. Final eligibility, loan amounts, rates, and terms are determined solely by each lending partner based on its own criteria and applicable law. LoanFitter does not guarantee that you will receive any offer.

When you submit our form with consent, you authorize LoanFitter and its lending partners to contact you by phone, email, or SMS about loan options, as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can opt out at any time (reply STOP to texts).

The lending partners we match you with are independent organizations. LoanFitter is not responsible for their conduct, communications, lending decisions, loan terms, or the outcomes of any application. Your relationship with a lending partner — including any loan agreement — is between you and that partner.

The site, its content, and our marks belong to LoanFitter or our licensors. You may use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not copy, scrape, or reuse content without permission.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LoanFitter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for the acts or omissions of independent lending partners. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed one hundred dollars (US $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold LoanFitter harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state in which LoanFitter is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located there, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
